Scholarship Application Form

Open to grade X, XI, or XII senior high/vocational school students with strong achievements and financial need.

Scholarship amount: IDR 1,250,000 per recipient. Target recipients: 20 students. The final application deadline will be confirmed later.

Active senior high school, vocational school, or equivalent student.
Strong achievements and financial need.
Able to complete the required administrative documents.

Upload a photo/scan of the student's portrait photo.
Upload a photo/scan of the student card.
Upload an achievement and financial-need statement from the principal, equivalent authority, homeroom teacher, or parent/guardian.
Upload a photo/scan of the family card.
Upload award certificates if available.

Selected students will be asked to submit bank account details.

The committee will only contact selected participants through the official PPI Hiroshima email. Applying for Beasiswa Bidik Anak Negeri is free of charge.
